“Once you see her you can’t unsee her. She’s hidden in plain sight.”
Lucy has always been interested with sticks, and despite her little stature, she still enjoys attempting to pick up sticks of various shapes and sizes. Even if the stick is somewhat larger than she is, she is always willing to give it a shot.
Lucy was overjoyed when she discovered a large pile of logs laying outdoors one day.
“When she spotted this pile of logs, she wanted to investigate it and climb all over it, sniffing around and checking everything out,” Lucy’s mother, Katie L. (who asked that her last name not be used) told The Dodo. “She adores playing with sticks, and no matter how large they are, she will attempt to pick them up, so I’m sure she was delighted to see the logs (clearly too huge for her to pick up; they are easily double her weight or more).”
Lucy cautiously stepped onto the pile of logs while her mother stood nearby, and it didn’t take her long to see that Lucy was almost the same color as the logs surrounding her, and that she was actually fairly well camouflaged.
“I saw she was blending in straight quickly,” Katie L. observed, “and it was the ideal chance for a great picture moment.” “I adore taking photographs of her outside playing, so I was prepared with my camera!”
She decided to photograph Lucy’s log journey, but when she looked at the photos, she had to strain to see young Lucy in the shot.
Lucy’s mother decided the photo was too good to keep to herself, so she shared it online. Since then, everyone has been having a blast trying to find Lucy, who wasn’t even attempting to hide. She’s simply amazing.
Katie L. stated, “Almost everyone had to zoom in [on] the photo to truly see her.” “However, you can’t unsee her once you’ve seen her.” It’s amusing that she’s hiding in plain sight.”
Lucy had no clue that her log climbing would result in such a hilarious “find the animal” photograph. She was only following her instincts, which usually lead her to the sticks.
