In today’s world, people find love in different places that one would not expect and this was no exception for Anna Wa Nairobi who recently said I do to the love of her life.

In a post shared on Let’s Cook Kenyan Meals Facebook group, Anna said she met the love of her life on Facebook after he liked the photo os some Kenyan meal she had posted.

According to the screenshot shared on the cooking group’s page, the beauty was residing in Dubai when the man approached her.

“Hey mama… He saw some food I posted on LCKM some years back he liked it and wanted to know how it is made, (I was working in Dubai) we got talking and fell in love. We dated online for three years,” read the post.

Marriage

She said that they dated online for three years and in 2020, the lady flew back home from Dubai followed by his lover who flew thousands of miles from Tennessee months later.

Their mission was to get formally married.

According to the messages from the lady, they solemnised their marriage after the man flew in to meet her.

The excited lady said they exchanged their marriage vows on November 8, 2020.

“This year I came home from Dubai and on September 29, he came from Tennessee to meet me and on November 11, 2020, we tied the knot,” said the lady.

In related news, a Kenyan man took to Facebook to show that one can genuinely find love on any social media platform.

In a lengthy post, the entrepreneur known as David Praise took to the microblogging platform to celebrate his fourth wedding anniversary with the woman he met on Facebook.

According to David, their love journey started with a friend request and after carefully observing the lady, he slid into her DM.

“Aaaand, we just turned 4! It started in 2014, with a friend request on Facebook, after a while observing this lady, liking her pics, while I did some due diligence on her, I decided to slid to her DM, after a while, we shared contacts, chats later graduated to calls…then very long night calls, that we could even pray together before we sleep, and at 3am every day,” wrote David.
