MINE 🐶❄️
Buster has always enjoyed playing in the snow. Playing outside in the cold is one of his favorite things in the world, and he despises being told it’s time to go back inside.
“It may be difficult to bring him inside late at night – he’d much rather lie on a snowbank,” Buster’s father, Michael Kapusty, told us. “He’ll leap and dive like a dolphin in the snow.”
Of course, Buster is a husky, so he has a stubborn streak. He just knows what he wants and sees no reason why he should have to compromise.
Buster was overjoyed when the first heavy snowfall of the season fell this year. He couldn’t wait to run out and play in it, which is why he was shocked to see his grandfather scooping away his lovely snow.
“This was his first snowfall of the year, and he was upset that we were taking it away from him,” Kapusty explained. “So he came over and sat in the center of everything.”
Buster defended his tiny pile while the snow melted around him, and when it came time for his grandfather to shovel away that part, too, he refused to move.
“I knew it was a classic Buster moment,” said Kapusty. “He was instructed to move, but his expression indicated otherwise.” He waited until everything around him vanished and he understood he had lost the war.”
Finally, Buster conceded defeat and let his small snow mound be shoveled away. He was disappointed in everyone until he noticed there was still plenty of snow outdoors and continued playing and frolicking.
Buster will always be a snow dog at heart, and if somebody attempts to remove his snow, he’ll protect it for as long as he can.
