This is the lovely moment lions at the Denver Zoo in Colorado take their first steps in the snow, and they appear to adore it. Kito, Bahati, Jasiri, and Usiku, the lion brothers, decided to make use of the roughly two-foot powder blanket that had just enveloped their enclosure. Recently, a video of gorgeous lions playing in the snow was shared on social media.
Even though witnessing lions romping in the snow isn’t exactly often, they appear to like it. As you can see in the video below!
“Lions spend the majority of their days trying to stay cool,” the zoo noted. “It appears that our lions enjoy the snow!”
It wasn’t simply lions that were interested in the velvety white coat; other African native creatures were as well. Hyenas and wild dogs, on the other hand, were content to enjoy it from afar.
The zoo posted on Facebook, “Our inhabitants felt courageous enough to examine their surrounds.” “In Africa, lions spend the most of their day trying to stay cool, so it’s no surprise that our lions enjoy the snow since they can be as active as they want without becoming overheated!”
