The jorunna parva sea slugs, a highly unusual tiny critter that is being compared to fluffy bunnies, were first shown to the world courtesy of the Japanese Twitter-sphere.
The heads of the sea slugs have what seem like little bunny ears, but in fact, they are sensory rhinophores that sea slugs use to discover both food and partners.
According to a story by Sora News 24, Japanese divers have given these adorable sea slugs the nickname “coma-chan,” which means “cute little sesame.”
It’s unquestionably a name that fits these small fellas pretty well.
Naturally, no one would ever characterize a sea slug as cute, yet here we are with several sea slugs that are really adorable-looking.
