Even the sea rulers must rest occasionally. No one has ever truly witnessed a great white shark in the middle of a nap in the wild, despite our infatuation with them. The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Pelagios Kakunjá scientific teams have now succeeded in filming one that they believe was in a sleep-like state. The shark was sighted by the researchers on … [Read more...] about A Great White Shark is Seen Napping For the First Time Ever on Camera

The Giant Goliath Penguin Hoax That Tricked Florida For 10 Entire Years
For about a decade, people believed that a 15-foot penguin was living on Clearwater Beach. In 1948, the sands of Clearwater Beach, Florida, developed what seemed to be enormous three-toed animal tracks. Chinese Authorities Have Declared The Dugong “Sea Cows” That Gave Rise to The Mermaid Myth Extinct

These gentle giants, whose numbers fell after the 1970s, are apparently losing the war … [Read more...] about Chinese Authorities Have Declared The Dugong “Sea Cows” That Gave Rise to The Mermaid Myth Extinct
Professor of Physics Suggestion: Dinosaurs Were Wiped Off By a Change in The Universe’s Physics
Since the discovery of enormous, extinct dinosaurs, scientists have been perplexed as to what caused them to go. Although there are some ideas that claim that a series of volcanic explosions smothered the planet and rendered it inhospitable for these giants, the prevailing opinion holds that they were wiped out by an asteroid impact. But what if—and this is a big if—another … [Read more...] about Professor of Physics Suggestion: Dinosaurs Were Wiped Off By a Change in The Universe’s Physics
The Earth’s Magnetic Field Experienced A Crack That Persisted for 14 Hours
Vecna and his goons were able to escape from the Upside Down on Thursday when a hole appeared in the Earth's magnetic field and remained there for about 14 hours. Okay, maybe not that last part, but it did let some strong solar winds through the hole, sparking a geomagnetic storm that produced some truly spectacular aurora. A co-rotating interaction region (CIR) from the … [Read more...] about The Earth’s Magnetic Field Experienced A Crack That Persisted for 14 Hours
