“I believe Imogene is a liquid hound.”
Imogene is a bloodhound with an unquenchable thirst for life. When Imogene’s mother attempts to photograph her dog’s wide, cheerful face, things rarely go as planned.
Imogene’s mother, Lisa Vaughan, told The Dodo, “She is a silly dog with a large bark and an even bigger heart.” “She seldom ever meets a stranger and enjoys giving hound hugs,” said the owner.
Imogene is kind and loving, but the moment her mother takes out her camera, everything changes.
“Our picture shoots are simply enjoyable,” Vaughan stated. “[They’re] generally driven by treats, and she becomes a little jittery and begins rushing about.”
Imogene will let her mother dress her up, but she refuses to pose for photos. Her mother often needs to videotape her since she moves around so much.
“The best method to capture the right shot is to tape [her] in slow motion and then go over each frame frame by frame,” Vaughan added.
Imogene, on the other hand, does her hardest to pose, even if every stance makes her appear like she’s ready to sneeze:
Imogene’s mother has often compared her floppy ears and drooping face to a Picasso painting in her attempts at the perfect puppy image on social media.
Vaughan said on Facebook, “I suppose Imogene is liquid in hound form.” “A fluid state that is confined.”
“It may not be flawless, but it will surely make someone chuckle,” she continued.
Vaughan simply wants to transmit a bit of Imogene’s happiness throughout the world, distributing a little of the love she receives on a daily basis. And she understands that, in the end, Imogene is wonderful just the way she is.
Vaughan described him as “the goofiest, happiest, most huggable hound I’ve ever met” on Facebook. “It’s a blessing that she owns me.”
