Sometimes, life-changing moments arrive without warning. For Nic, what began as a routine drive to meet friends turned into an unexpected rescue that reshaped his family forever.
While stopped at a traffic light one evening, Nic glanced toward the side of the road and noticed a small, motionless shape crouched near a gutter. Cars passed by without slowing, but something about the scene made him pause. “I believe she has a pretty great life now,” Nic said. And judging by the kitten sleeping peacefully in his arms, it’s hard to disagree.
