“She can now rest easy and concentrate on getting better.”
When Lollie was discovered residing in a shed, she was eerily thin and very dehydrated. She was far smaller than any dog ought to be, especially given that she was keeping something very important to herself.
Eight puppies had just been born to Lollie.
Poor Lollie was incapable of providing for her puppies, at least not by herself. They were all fortunately taken in by rescuers from the RSPCA Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home, who started working right away to restore their health.
Once she and her puppies were finally rescued, Lollie appeared to be quite happy. While her rescuers worked to make sure she and her family had everything they needed, she could unwind a little.
According to a news statement from Jane Ellis, a staff member at the RSPCA Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home, “Despite her state, she did her absolute best to care for her eight puppies and, happily, they’re all now doing well.” Now that we’re helping with the active, growing puppies, she can relax and focus on getting healthier.
The puppies were named Ben, Jerry, Calippo, Chupa, Rocket, Whippy, Vimto, and Zap by their rescuers. As her rescuers struggle to get her back to a healthy weight, they are growing bigger and stronger every day, and Lollie is doing the same.
In order to assist Lollie put on weight and develop her muscle, Ellis explained, “Lollie is on a particular feeding program.” “Everyone in the family is doing fine.”
Lollie and her puppies will put themselves up for adoption when they are all healthy enough, and they will all find the ideal forever homes. They are currently enjoying receiving a lot of love and attention from their rescuers, and everyone is eager to see how well they do moving forward.
