Rescue and release of a newborn deer: The baby deer was cured and returned to her natural mother.
Darius Sasnauskas, a Lithuanian outdoorsman, saw the birth of two newborn deer in his garden near Yellowstone National Park in the United States. Unfortunately, one of them was wounded, and her family quickly abandoned her since she couldn’t keep up.
“She had no hope of surviving on her alone with so many predators surrounding,” Darius says in his video commentary. He made the decision to bring her home. “I am not in favor of keeping wild animals as pets,” he says, “but this was a unique scenario.”
The newborn deer was healthy again after a lot of hard work, and it was time to release her. Darius, on the other hand, had such a close relationship with her that she continued returning to him. Nonetheless, she was reunited with her family on a very special occasion.
In his garden, Darius watched the birth of two newborn deer, but one of them had a wounded leg.
She was left behind because she couldn’t keep up with her family; her mother never returned.
Darius said in the video’s caption, “I do not advocate keeping wild animals as pets.” “However, this was a unique circumstance.” “She has no hope of surviving on her own with so many predators nearby,” Darius added.
Darius fed her every four hours, and his dog kissed the fawn’s face repeatedly.
The newborn deer soon regained his ability to walk.
“She’s used to me and follows me everywhere… “However, no one can take the place of her biological mother.”
Darius attempted several times to release her back into the wild, but she always came back to him.
Finally, the mother deer appeared one evening, and the young deer was reunited with her family; Darius observed her again a few months later, growing up quickly and living life to the fullest.
