The Family Becomes Uneasy When The Dog Looks Into The Owner’s Casket and Makes a Shocking Discovery

Losing someone you love, whether unexpected or anticipated, causes immense sadness. Animals are also known to mourn their family members, therefore mourning is not limited to human beings.

When a loved one passes away, dogs can suffer noticeably. They are devoted friends, so it can be very upsetting and perplexing to wake up one day without the person who has been by their side for as long as they can remember.

The only constants in their lives—their house and their owners—are frequently the family dogs, so when those disappear, it can be very upsetting to them.

A 13-year-old mixed-breed dog named Sadie understands how difficult it is to lose someone.

She joined her new family when she was just eight weeks old, and ever since then, she has become a cherished member of the family.

She had grown close to her parents, who were human. Therefore, when she lost one of her human parents, she began displaying grief symptoms.

Paramedics attempted to revive Andy Baelieu, the guy who had reared her since she was a puppy, but they were unable. Sadie held his hand and stayed by his side the entire time.

After grieving over her husband’s unexpected death, his wife Julia Baelieu noticed that Sadie had been particularly affected by it.

Julia realized that Sadie was depressed

Every day, she would walk with Andy to work, but after he died, she just sat and stared out the window. Sadie stopped eating and shed ten pounds in the ten days between Andy’s passing and his funeral.

Grief is not a natural human emotion. Humans do not experience love. According to Barbara J. King, an anthropology professor at the College of William and Mary and the author of “How Animals Grieve,” these are feelings that we have in common with other animals.

Sadie was mourning the loss of her best friend, and Sadie was certain to be at the funeral, as Julia understood.

On the day of the funeral, Julia and Sadie were the last to enter the room when it was time to examine the coffin. The dog raised her front paws on the coffin and peered inside at her departed friend.

It was an intense time for them both.

Sadie ate her first supper in days when they peacefully went home once they were completed. This devoted partner at last received the satisfaction she required.

I’m glad Sadie and Julia have each other during this difficult time?
