“The pink fur did not bother him at all.”
Nimbus Macaroni McGonagall was adopted at 10 weeks old from Rebels Rescue in Tampa, Florida, and his life has been one great adventure ever since. He enjoys riding in his kitty backpack, visiting breweries, meeting new people, and, of course, getting into things he shouldn’t.
Nimbus is a very curious cat that needs to be involved in everything, even if it doesn’t affect him. His mother assumed there wouldn’t be much for him to mess up while she did her cosmetics, but she was incorrect.
Emma Lillibridge, Nimbus’ mom, was doing her makeup one day and was super concentrated on what she was doing when Nimbus decided he wanted to help. Before she even knew what was happening, Nimbus had knocked her expensive blush palette off the table — and quickly turned himself completely pink.
“It shattered instantly,” Lillibridge said. “He started rolling in it right then, so I saw the entire thing.” Makeup isn’t normally his toy of choice, but he’ll tamper with just about everything.”
Nimbus appears to have been envious of his mother’s makeover and desired one of his own, and his goal was clearly successful. The white cat had become a wonderful shade of pink, and he appeared very happy with himself.
“The pink fur didn’t affect him in the least,” Lillibridge explained.
Nimbus manages to turn everything into an adventure, even in the safety of his own house, and his mother quietly attempting to apply her makeup was no exception.
