Everyone deserves a little “me” time 💛
Keira Mamakwa had a busy day the other day, performing various activities around her home in Ontario, Canada. Driving to the local dump to drop off some trash was one of her errands.
It was then that she noticed someone who seemed to be having a more relaxed day.
This guy had discovered a treasure among all that junk.
Mamakwa observed a random bear emerge from the surrounding bush as she approached the dump. He’d obviously come looking for a comfortable place to relax, which he’d found without difficulty.
Another visitor had lately thrown out a perfectly nice mattress, as it happened.
And the bear was not about to throw it away.
While Mamakwa watched in awe, the bear nestled in, unconcerned about anything.
The bear was enjoying some “me” time. (And it appears that he required it.)
Mamakwa said, “I thought it was amusing.”
Mamakwa’s job at the landfill was done in no time, and she had to move on to the next task. However, the bear appeared to be contemplating a longer stay.
He was well on his way to catching some Zs by then, and he was making Mamakwa’s day in the process.
“It was thrilling to witness,” she remarked.
