Recently, Facebook pages and accounts shared an image that appeared to depict an enormous horse, claimed to be the largest horse ever known in history.
However, this image is not real; it is generated by artificial intelligence, according to the French news agency “AFP.”
In the image, a horse is shown to be over five meters long, towering over the men standing beside it.
Publishers of the image stated that it was a “rare picture of the largest horse in history.”
However, this claim is purely imaginative, and the image is nothing more than the creation of an artificial intelligence program.
According to the fact-checking team at the French agency, a reverse image search led to the discovery that the image was posted on the “Midjourney” Facebook group. This group is known for sharing artwork created using the “Midjourney” program.
The image was published on April 8th of this year, just days before it appeared on social media, as part of a deceptive series of images featuring oversized animals alongside people.
