“I had never seen her like this” 😲
Beware, there’s a new furry superhero in town.
Catarina is her name, but you can call her Electro-Pup.
Looking at her, it may not appear that she possesses the power of electricity in the pads of her paws.
Catarina, like many other superheroes, had humble beginnings. She was only a few days old when her owner, Rosario, rescued her as an orphaned puppy. Despite being together for eight years, Rosario has only recently met her sweet pet’s super-powered alter ego.
In fact, she was present to witness Catarina’s transformation.
“She started rubbing her body against the sofa,” Rosario told us. “She exploded with static. I was taken aback. I couldn’t help but laugh.”

Little Catarina’s hair literally stood on end after she summoned the awesome force of electricity.
“I’d never seen her like this before,” Rosario remarked.
Catarina (or Electro-Pup) is a superhero who lacks supernatural abilities. Nonetheless, she possesses a superpower: the ability to brighten people’s days simply by being her electro-charged self.
And, in some ways, that was exactly what the world needed.
“She’d be overjoyed to know she’s making people happy,” Rosario said. “I believe she’d feel very loved.”
