When you go outside your house in the morning and come face to face with a family of wild cats, it’s not an easy scenario to cope with. However, if you reside near the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, things can shift a little.

Kate Smith of Mesa recently posted a charming photo to Twitter to show the world how her front porch looks. A mother bobcat and her two kids are blissfully napping on the woman’s property in the now-viral shot. It’s hard not to be pleased when you wake up to such a gorgeous sight, but Kate claims the unwelcome visitors have been there for about a month and don’t appear to be leaving anytime soon.

Smith told the Daily Mesa News, “These people have been here for a month.” “I was informed that once the boys are old enough to hunt on their own, they should go, but they’ve been here a long time.”

The lady originally sought assistance from the Arizona Game and Fish Department, but officials warn that transferring bobcats can be hazardous to the animals. As a result of her passion for nature, Kate finally embraced her visitors (no rent required). She can only hope that the cute kitties will leave her doorstep one day.

“The response they gave me was that if you take them out of their region, they normally don’t survive,” the woman explained. “I put a sign in the driveway telling delivery persons not to enter into our yard,” she says. All of the neighbors and family members are aware that they should not approach the front door. “At this time, our dog is crated.”

Despite the fact that they share the same porch, wildlife authorities urged Kate not to approach too near to the bobcats because they may get uncomfortable and violent. “Everyone screams, ‘Oh my gosh, give them water,’ but the deer and fish advised me not to because they didn’t want them to be comfortable,” Kate explained.

This woman in Santa Fe, New Mexico, awoke to a charming bobcat family that had taken up residence on her doorstep. She went so far as to record them. Take a look at the following:
