Being a pilot allows you to view many breathtaking sights from above. As a pilot for a South American airline, you get to experience the breathtaking storm phenomena because part of your job involves flying over areas where they occur.

Meet Santiago Borja Lopez, an Ecuador Airlines pilot based in Quito, Ecuador. The pilot always takes his camera with him when he isn’t flying to document the breathtaking sights he sees in the sky. The images he takes are truly magnificent, capturing everything from incredible storms to even lightning bolts. Scroll down to see Santiago’s Instagram journey and keep up with it. In our earlier article, we have more information about one of Santiago’s shots.
