Using a wooden skewer, a kind little boy feeds rice to hungry birds from his own bowl

Susanta Nanda, an Indian Forest Service officer who previously posted emotional recordings of thirsty squirrels being given water, shared an immensely beautiful video of a little child graciously giving rice to hungry birds from his own dish using a wooden skewer. Three of the black-feathered birds calmly waited their turn for food in a lineup with open jaws at the boy’s feet, while one amusingly crossed the line.

Nanda makes an excellent point about this lovely picture.

Kindness… Kindness should be instilled in children. It will be a different planet to live in.
