“Yes. He’s a regular” 😂
Jeff Clutch stopped into the Burger King drive-thru the other day to have a bite to eat. But something caught his attention as he waited behind a queue of automobiles to place his order.
Clutch told The Dodo, “I observed this really tame squirrel sitting out on the ledge adjacent to the drive-thru window.” “However, I didn’t think anything of it.”
The squirrel, however, was not there by chance.
Clutch began to hear laughing from the automobile behind him as he sat in his car. He looked up again, this time toward the drive-thru window, to see what was going on.
Then a hand appeared.
It was holding only one fry.
That was clearly the squirrel’s command.
The squirrel took the fry in his teeth and proceeded down the ledge, ready to receive his prize.
“He seemed totally at ease with everything that was going on around him,” Clutch added.
Clutch was still waiting in line for his dinner, but he wasn’t too bothered by the delay.
“No one seemed irritated with this squirrel for getting ahead to obtain service,” he observed.
Clutch questioned about the fluffy-tailed client who’d come before him when he eventually got at the window to place his order.
And, sure enough, he was told:
“Yes,” Clutch confirmed. “He’s a fixture.”
